Horrible customer service, we were scheduled to stay here from Thursday to Monday. Our flight was delayed for several hours and then cancelled by the, and the next flight that we can get was not until Saturday. We decided to cancel our trip and called the hotel to get a refund and they refused. Even though it wasn't our fault and we literally could not do anything to get there they refused to give us our money back. So they wanted to keep $700 even though no one was going to stay there. The front desk staff was cold and didn't even seem to be apologetic. They made it seem like we are the first people that are ever had a flight cancelled. I have been in similar situations with other hotels and they have cancelled for me no problem, because they understand things were out of our control. So the next time I fly to Virginia will I be staying here, that would be a NO. I can just see from this experience this is not the type of customer service that I would like to deal with.
