I have purchased 5 vehicle from Grubbs over the last 5 years. They had treated me well until I wanted to cancel an extended warranty on one of these vehicles. I was advises at then time of purchase the warranty was good for up100,000 mikes, or 7 years. Which ever cam first. I was also advised at that time this was all audio and video recorded. So about 3 years later and at 69,300 miles I call to cancel. Grubbs finance says no refund for the prorated ammount is due to the warranty already expired. I asked for the recording as my paper work indicated it was still in effect and cancelable. I was told it was not available. I told them if they could show me i was told at the time of signing that thr warranty was this limited i would acxept that. I was advised the director of the finance group would call me back. After some phone tag with them they have made no effort to reach back out to me despite my regular calls to them. They have lost my business. I was actually in the market for a new Armada. I did buy one but not from Grubbs. Beware, they will not back up their promises, once they have your money and signature they are done with you, even if you have been a loyal customer. Never going back
