So happy with my experience at Grubbs Nissan and them fixing my issue with my car. I purchased my car from Don Davis Nissan 2020 Nissan Maximum brand new I had my car for maybe 4 months and then the brakes started squealing everytime I would come to a stop, my car was under warranty if anything needed fixing so I took it back to Don Davis and explain to them what was going on so they kept my car told me I couldn't get a rental had to wait 5 hours only for them to tell me nothing was wrong with my car me knowing something wasn't right so I left driving my car back home knowing the issue was still there. Took my car back to Don Davis they still said nothing was wrong making me feel like im crazy worst experience ever there in the service department, so I gave up on Don Davis happily I found Grubbs Nissan talk with Mr. Bobby and he and Mr. Ted fix the issues with no problem very professional and great customer service I recommend those guys if you want a great experience. Thanks Mr. Bobby and Mr.Ted I will be returning in the future.
