The least they could do for the $25 jumbo lobster roll is to use a higher quality roll that will actually hold all of the lobster, not a white bread hotdog roll. Found several shell pieces in the lobster and others in my party noticed their fried food was dripping with grease meaning the fryer wasn't hot enough.
