I dealt with 5 different collectors and all of them treated me with courtesy and were very professional each time I called. The manager Danielle was very helpful and did an awesome job helping me get rid of this debt! I once was a collector back in my 20 s and the job is dreadful at times and some people get very nasty! I would imagine some of the 1 star reviews were those people because I treated each collector with respect and that is what I received in return. Hopefully I never have any more debt but if I do I hope it is handled the way this company handles their business.
