I purchased a bluetooth brake controller for my 2012 Tahoe. It consistently worked great. Five months later I upgraded to a 2020 Ford F-150. The brake controller with the serial number on the top outside of the connector did not work with the Ford. I called Curt and they told me they had to update the model I had as Ford designs their braking system differently With no questions or concerns Curt offered to send me a new connector at no charge! This is a first class way to run a business. Take care of your customers and keep them for a life time!!!
