The worst university... I passed my Engineering degree by 2014 recieved my final year marksheet by 2015 and then i applied for my degree certificate 9 months ago, when i went to recieve the certificate they say 'there was a mistake in your data so your certificate was not issued' no guilt, nothing... To students wanting to join Pune University a simple advice from me 'just dont do it'
