The people here are very nice. But besides that, the facility is not five star. I would say it s a nail salon vibe with similar decor but just larger. I went in feeling relaxed but when I got to my facial, the lady started trying to up sell me which is awkward and frustrating. I told her no I don t have money for that and she continued to try and up sell me more. I get it, it s their job, but don t do that when someone in laying on a massage/facial bed relaxed in dim room.

My massage was extremely mediocre. Half the time the girl was using just one hand and I also felt bad for her because her stomach kept growling. But the worst part was all the noise and talking in that hallway the entire time. At first I thought it was going to stop but it went in for the entire 70 minutes of my massage. It wasn t just whispering and foot steps, it was like a broom hitting a dustpan super loud and some other cart or something rolling back and forth. Literally right outside of my room.

The meal was just ok. If you re hungry you will eat it. It s a nice gesture. Even with my groupon you end up paying a sales tax and then they pressure you into a 20% tip when you are paying. My ladies were very nice but I wouldn t say it was worth the price I paid or 20% gratuity. For the quality of massage and all the noise it makes more sense to go to the walk in spas that do a $45/hour massage.
