My Ob-GYN, optometrist, primary care, psych & councelor are all in this one building and I have been coming here since 2012 - they are the most unorganzied, nonprofessional, rude, uncaring medical building I've ever stepped foot into. Unfortunately I have no choice but to be seen here.. I love some of the nurses and receptionists but all the others need to go back to school and learn HIPAA regulations and patients rights all over again. The way the receptionists and nurses talk out loud of patients confidential medical records and other things is quite sickening coming from a medical receptionist myself who cringes everytime I walk into the building. Constant language barriers and having a nurse or receptionist speak in a different language infront of you while you wait 15 minutes to check in is the biggest slap in the face possible.... PLEASE DO BETTER AS A MEDICAL OFFICE... respect patients rights no matter who they are... OH AND RETURN PATIENTS PHONE CALLS AND LISTEN TO OUR DANG VOICEMAILS!!!
