Felt like we were being watched and stalked all night by 1 security guard! He asked us for our IDs several times during the night and kept following us around watching us and being so rude to us! Us (3 girls) felt so UNCOMFORTABLE all night while gambling because he kept coming up to us and being very rude! Yes I got his name but that is besides the point. My point is I'm very disappointed in our visit! We got a room for the night for my cousins birthday and have spent a lot. I won't be coming back in the future. Also went to the front desk and the girl at the front was rude to us and would not help us till someone told her to help us! What's up Wildhorse!! I use to love coming to visit and staying! My grandparents come to Wildhorse all the time. Whats up with the staff? Why do they have to be so rude to customers? Customer service is number 1 and it was not happening! People spend a lot of money here at least they deserve is some respect! Just expected a better experience! I'm sorry to put this out there but really frustrated at how we were treated!!! Maybe the staff all need extra customer service training or have a team meeting to go over issues that customers have. If it's not fixed people might not want to return. I hope things get fixed. Sorry for this long review just really disappointed in how our night has went.
