If you have control over it.... do NOT let your family member come here. While the office staff was extremely friendly, and some of the nursing and CNA staff is as well, the rooms are sparse, dated, and just downright miserable. I feel rehab is all about your environment just as much as your care and this place was dark and depressing and entirely too institutional. My dad was placed there from the VA.. let me tell you... the VA is doing our veterans dirty with this place.. 2 to a room in a closet. ZERO privacy, and a tv that 1987 forgot. 10in... for two.
I can't comment on the care too much, since my dad only lasted 9 hours there before he landed back in the hospital, but he mentioned his nurse could not even speak English sufficiently to communicate. He requested a lounge chair ( he's got CHF and needs sleep upright with BIPAP) they brought him one from someone's living room that looked donated.
They did keep an eye on him though, with his breathing while he was there and I do give them credit for that, because he needed to go back to the hospital.
To summarize it basically screamed depressing. More nursing home than rehabilitation center.
