I ordered a mini cooler. The item received was not...

I ordered a mini cooler. The item received was not working. I requested for return the goods. LAZADA responded that they will arrange to pick up the item. But no one come to pick up the item. I tried to contact LAZADA in "contact LAZADA" few occasions but no response from Lazada.
Two months has passed and still no one contact me about the case. Suddenly I received a notification today saying I have cancelled the return request but I didn't do it. This is ridiculous.

If Lazada cannot solve the issue, I will stop buying anything from Lazada and I will also proceed to uninstall the Apps.
