Had a wonderful car buying experience with Louis B. at Smithtown Toyota. No "hard sell" tactics!! Everything was very open and honest and there was absolutely NO pressure. Louis was very accommodating and friendly. I also appreciated the no nonsense approach of the financial guy, Sean. He was also very friendly and easy to work with. Thanks Louis, Sean, and Smithtown Toyota. I was happy with my first purchase there in 2009 and I was very happy with this one and I'm sure I'll be happy the next time I'm ready for a car. I recommend them to anyone.
