Just bought a car so that s a positive for sure! On the whole it was a good experience. As for the different employees, they need to be reviewed individually. The salesperson was somewhat helpful but seemed uninterested in the whole ordeal. He claimed the car I bought was his personal car yet did not know the service records or what certain things were like loose hanging charging type wires. When asked he said that they must have had something attached there. Since this was a one owner car, it was clearly not him. I understand trying to make a sale and sound knowledgeable, but don t make false claims to information that you can t even substantiate. Unless I possibly misunderstood his statement regarding the car as his own personal trade in? And at least fake some enthusiasm for the buyer who may have been nervous with this type of large purchase instead of having a flat affect demeanor. It definitely does not make the potential buyer feel at ease. 1 star for him.

His manager (I believe his name was Tu) however was very helpful and friendly and did his best to make a deal happen. And did! He was easy to work with and accommodating. 5 stars for him.

Thao the finance guy was incredible! That man gets a definite 5 stars! He went above and beyond to make everything all work out. He was funny and personable and very informative. He was thorough in his explanation of all the details and I cannot recommend his service and help enough.

Overall I have been pleased thus far with this experience. All other staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I am hopeful that future interactions will continue to be as pleasant. I do love my new car!
