Just left Captain Whidbey Inn for a romantic dinner date with my wife. Definitely will not return. Service was near as not non existent, waiting over thirty minutes for cold bread and our drinks, and over an hour for entrees before we gave up and left. Can't rate the food - we never ate any. We were told that "there was a big rush on the kitchen", hence the delay, but as we walked out, half the dinning room was empty. Very disappointing.
