What's not to like - a huge space, easily accessible on public transport in London. It is wilder than other parks and it really does feel like you are in the countryside. It isn't particularly easy terrain. A lot of rough paths, but it does have more manicured parts. If you're heading off and one of your party has mobility issues, you might want to research your route. A nice antidote to the city - but if you start getting twitchy in all that fresh air, pubs, shops and cafes are in easy reach.
