I had my annual furnace check today. Dave (the service person) had a multitude of gadgets (meters, monitors, etc.) that he used to test my furnace. He is the first service person I had that used so many monitors and did so many checks, and at the end I felt my furnace had a truly great check. He also checked how much gas was being emitted to burn and found that the gauge was set too high (waste of energy & $$$) and set it to the proper level (I look forward to saving $$$ on my gas bill). He also checked to ensure there was no leakage out of any of the metal pipe joints to the furnace or break in seals . This is the first time Dave ever came to my home, but when it's time for my air conditioner check (as well as future furnace checks, etc.), I will be requesting that he be my service person. He was a great service person and an all-around nice guy.
