This was a very pleasant experience from the moment we started our re-fi process. Patricia Murphy took the time to give us our refi options & answered all of our questions along with our concerns. Also provided us a great rate! She was on top of things & got back to us in a very timely fashion. Every time! Even in the evening after her workday ended when we sent an e-mail or phone calls with questions or concerns. She answered us back the same day! A response the next day would have been more than sufficient. Above and beyond! Tremendous dedication to her profession! Thank you, Patricia!
