We were again in Tegel this July, as Germans are ashamed of each other for this completely outdated, chaotic and dirty airport. No matter where you come from and land there, an incredible difference to even small regional airports such as Faro or Trondheim, not to mention Phuket, Stockholm or Doha.
In the toilets you should only with rubber boots and rubber gloves ,! Please do not be late, because at the baggage claim quite time
