Attention Customer.. I " don't want to be a Toy R Us kid "... Absolutely disgraceful customer service. When a company who stand by their pride and attention to customers and makes them wait 95 minutes on hold, which then the phone line disconnect..awful. Trying to get a resolution about my online order .. which never happened. So initially I paid for an item which will never arrive. Want to let you guys know that the "greatest kids store" just made one kid very unhappy. You should be ashamed! Very sad. Will totally reconsider next time buying anything or even promoting this brand again.
