How a business can continue to run with such inability to achieve in the most basic requirements shocks us! They have continued to write to us using the wrong customer name, internet is unstable and unreliable as is the customer services or lack of. Charged for the router and charged again on leaving even after returning it and charged after leaving due to an admin error on there part! Complete fail, avoid
Stuck in a contract. Had no internet for nearly 3 months now. Must have spent over 10 hours on the phone being told its getting sorted.

Dreadful company, we had landlines and a mobile with them (as they offered a free handset) and at one stage they re-directed our fax line (which we would never have asked to be re-directed) to a florist's mobile in Newcastle - poor woman More
Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, Used for my company telephone and broadband, issues from day 1, like dial up, complained and wanted to terminate, threatened with massive bill if i did, carried on with service, nearly a week ago router failed, promised replacement, 4 days later still no router, losing sales now as cannot take card payments due to this, Threatened again by them if I leave, Appalling service and company, Avoid like the plague,
Absolute scumbags. They have been trying to extort money off my business for months now, claiming I've used electricity I clearly haven't. They have been disregarding readings I have submitted to them in order to push for payment of a balance I clearly do not owe, and cannot provide me with a clear account of why they are demanding money off me. I have reported them to ofgem for their shady practises. NEVER use them, or their rebranded company, verastar.
PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY . YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR BUISNESS DUE TO ALL AREA POSSIBLE FAILURE EVEN AFTER USING OMBUDSMAN SERVICES.

They have got to be FAKE! The staff are so rude and unhelpful. They hang up the phone. They are aggressive. They do everything they can to get every penny out of you. They led to unwanted problems and added expense to my business.
This is the worst company I have ever used. The service is awful and the customer care even worse. I took out a 3 year contract with them for phone and broadband for my business. It is truly the worst business decision I have ever made. Please DO NOT use this company. You will regret it hugely.

Avoid this disgusting company at all costs, mis sold me the service with the pretence of being cheaper than the company I was with at the time only to be double the price.
Now after telling them I don t want their service once my contract had finished, they continued with it and are now harassing/ bullying me with continued phone calls, text messages trying to extort money from me for a service that I told them I didn t want once the contract had finished
AVOID!!! Luckily didn't go through with the transfer. Bad business model and poor customer service. Promise to make you savings but then try to sell you 10mb ADSL lines or make you sign a 2 year contract instead of the agreed 12 months. Gave this company the benefit of the doubt first time only to find the exact same happened 2nd time round!! AVOID!!!!!
I have been with them for more than 5years the worst of them all the internet is very poor and they rip you off. Why I have steyd 5 years with them? Every time I want it to cancel they come on with good offers and begin to stay with them as they will refund all extra charges and few times I was preparing to pay the cancellation fee to get out of them but all ways hope is going to be better once I'm out of contract will be well forgotten for every.
