I would love to give negative star (VERY BAD SERVICE )to the hotel. Front office to housekeeping. Front office staff don t know how to issue keys (we had to wait for 40 minutes, inspite of booking room in advance). They charged us in advance for two nights (coz they knew, terrible service they gonna give us, during our stay). Housekeeping department of the hotel is awful, didn t come to clean our room after asking hundreds of times.
