Horrible experience! I purchased a vehicle back in July from this place. I drove the vehicle off the lot and started having problems within the first week! The temp gauge showed the truck over heating. I paid $22,000-$24000 for this truck. The place was very slow about getting the issue resolved. I had to make 4 trips to get my truck repaired. 9 months later, my truck is still having issues. On top of that, the salesmen will lie to you to make a sale. My sales man told me that the battery was new/truck was inspected and the breaks were replaced. Complete BS. Contacted the location and spoke with Greg (might of been Craig) and he did not care about what I had to say and he was the manager! He talked over me and kept saying, you purchased a used car, mechanical issues are bound to happen. He was unprofessional and not polite what so ever. This place will be friendly while your purchasing your vehicle, but once you are done with the 5 hr process (it literally took this long, they are slow) they don't give a damn about you as a customer. I also wanted to mention how horrible the service was with the car rental department. The older lady that ran the department was very rude and unprofessional. David (Sales) witnessed this individual in the car rental department treating me, the customer, poorly. Instead of her apologizing, David apologized for her. I must add, David was great. He is the only person at the dealership that was respectful and professional. I would not recommend Germain to anyone.
