I was so excited about having my birthday here I reserved almost a month in advance. Exactly a week before I received a text that my reservation was canceled because an employee tested positive... Bummed I made other plans. I coincidentally call the restaurant the day before my birthday because I had my heart set and they were open!!!! how do you not follow up on the reservations you canceled?? disregarded that I REMADE!! my reservation for 5 people to my surprise they could not seat this amount of people because of new policy... only 4 to a table. ok no problem. we get to the restaurant this is an important part, we walked in with a box which had my birthday cake in it we sit down and the tables are vertical so I asked since we had to sit separated maybe we can put the tables horizontally so we could communicate and yet again they said NO. ok no problem when our waiter finally comes to us we ask if she could put the cake in the fridge and she does. 15 min later after we ordered drinks the manager or host idk who she was but she was RUDE and INCONSIDERATE came to inform me that the cake can not be cut on premises that it could not be removed from the box... so you re telling me you let the box of cake be brought into the restaurant and you put it in your fridge but we cannot cut it? this was the worst place I could ve chosen to spend my birthday I was so underwhelmed the food was literally trash I asked for a full fish filleted and it came normal so it was taken back asked for the fries with the yogurt they came plain and the server offered me a side of the yogurt?? no I ordered it on top and she had an attitude about their mess ups. they decided the best thing was to comp me a desert which was the baklava which was burnt and dry. I will actually never be considering returning to this place no one liked their meals more less the drinks. I don t recommend only for cute pics. idk how everyone has had such positive experiences.
