Just bought a 2020 BMW X3, Overall the experience was great and enjoyable. Anik Roy (my sales person) helped me through the process and really understood my needs and highlighted to me the various options that helped me made my decision. Then she managed to find me a car that matched my needs. Otto also gave me a fair value for my trade in.
