Mike D. was prompt, professional, curteous and knowledgeable. His many years of experience were evident with his diagnostic walkthrough and explanations. He provided detailed, yet understandable descriptions of what my problem could/couldn't be. If he is a representation of what the whole crew/mindset is at Gillece, I know I could call them again.
