Loan agent very polite, But did not get the closing done correctly.
Real Estate tax due at closing not paid, caused an escrow adjustment
within 90 days raising the payment over $200 for what would have been $8
a month month i the payment. The Suck, I never had a tax problem in my life. Now I do. Thanks Maybe I should have gone to a different lender.
