I've done 2 refi's with AIM. Both times I shopped other lenders, and AIM had the best rates and costs. Both closings went smoothly, in our home at our convenience, and closed in a few weeks. Their online portal makes delivering required documents easy, and their staff was prompt and helpful every time I had a question. I posted this review after reading the complaints from customers with rare circumstances that caused some delay or denial of service and they blame the lender. I highly recommend AIM for anyone looking to refinance their home at the best rate around.
