Mitchell was honest, knowledgeable and straight to the point. He was very thorough with me going over my reports and he didn't beat around the bush when explaining the difficulty in removing some of the items on my report. I appreciate his honesty and his character when it comes to helping other people. Regardless of me not signing up at the moment, he still provided me with some resources to improve my credit score as well as gave me some valuable information about good credit habits.
