Hi, I love Bighams food. I love good food but hate cooking. Even my dyed in the wool traditionalist husband will eat Charlie Bighams dishes. Favourites are Chicken Jalfrezi, meat balls al forno, Fish pie, lasagne, chicken Tikka masala. However not so the Chicken Kievs we have just eaten. They lacked butter filling which made them dry to eat and lacking flavour. My husband got a chicken bone in one mouthful of food. Very disappointing. Wont try this one again.
