Made an appointment for 100k miles service and to get factory recall fixed. They said it would take the full day. I dropped off my car in the morning. I got a call mid day, they found something else to fix for $$$ so I agreed. When I came that evening to pick up my car the service I originally requested and the factory recall safety service wasn t done and I was told you re good to go when I explained I needed the rest of the service done for the 100k and the factory safety recall airbag inflators serviced. I was give an apology and told the airbag service would be free, of course it s free, it s factory recall! I had to leave my car for another day. After dealing with 4 different service representatives, 3 trips deep into Poway and spending 30% more than originally quoted, the service I originally asked for was completed.
I think the most frustrating part is they called me and charged me for more work to get done, without even bothering completing the work I asked for.
No consistency. No accountability. My research shows I was over charged. Wasted my whole weekend going back and forth to the dealership.
