I am very dissatisfied with my experience with air B&B I booked it for 3 weeks cost me almost $500 and then when I asked for a refund due to covid-19 no one has responded the host only gave me back 50% of my money even though it was 7 days before I was supposed to check in I do not recommend them they're not honest I think it's a scam how can they take my money when I hadn't even got close to my enter date due to covid-19 is not my fault I deserve full refund I will not book with this company ever again I don't recommend them.
