Sorry to say very disappointed with our time here ...

Sorry to say very disappointed with our time here standard has fallen since the last time we were here!!! Staff were lovely as usual but the hotel has been very poor in the restaurant and pool area i know they have a new manager in the hotel now!!! But didn't make herself known to us as Roberto did cut back in staff in pool area!!! It's sad to say i won't be coming back to this hotel any time soon and me and my wife loved this place its a shame when you start cutting back people who have coming here for years see it!!! Not good!
