I wish I could give them negative stars!!!

Dealt with so many rude people! I was double charged when I paid my taxes...contacted utah tax commission to get a credit back on my card for the double charge. I literally had to jump through hoops! When I called the employee stated she saw the double charge but would need a bank statement showing it was actually taken from my account. So I emailed her my bank statement and never heard back from her. After a couple hours I emailed her back stating I would like a response because I just sent her my bank statement. Finally she replied with one sentance that states my supervisor is reviewing this and we will get back to you with an update . A few days goes by and I don t hear back so I email the employee again asking for a respense and she said it was approved and would take 2-4 weeks for the return to be sent back! It has now been over a month and no return...contacted tax commissiOn again to speak to someone a little more helpful and was informed the check was sent to me on April 20th. I never received the check and I have been informed that the check was somehow processed but I didn t receive or deposit a check! Now I once again have to send an email to some checkcopy.gov to see who cashed or deposited the check. All in all the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with! Never once was I rude or short with anyone I spoke with, but yet everyone I spoke to acted like I was inconveniencing them and were incredibly rude!! Utah state tax commission hires the rudest and most careless people!
