Parts department - always put on hold. I'll try Waldorf, Maryland.

Update to my pervious review above. Received a call from Chris Burton (Parts Dept Manager). Listen to my complaint and assured me it will be taken care of. Five stars (changed from one) to Chris and the Radley Chevrolet team for caring enough to call me and discuss my problem. ..and again, working towards fixing the problem. I am very impressed with their follow up and Chris' professionalism. I will be doing my business with them.
