El Cajon is certainly not the closest Toyota service provider to my home in IB, but I won't be taking my car anywhere else. When I got a used Prius, my brother-in-law highly praised Toyota of El Cajon's service department. My car likely needed a major repair specific to the Prius, so I took it in to El Cajon to be checked out. I was so impressed with the service that I returned there for the work to be done. The Assistant Service Manager, Alberto Ramirez is stellar, and I really appreciate knowing he will be my contact for ongoing service. Well worth the drive for confidence in who is taking care of your car.
