Looking forward to my hard earned Seven Stars trip...

Looking forward to my hard earned Seven Stars trip decided to book in the Flamingo based on my casino host recommendation. Bad decision....The room had the worst view and was disappointment from the first day. Tried to change but was told on a Monday they were at capacity and had no other rooms available. Tried to get bottles of water brought to my room but was told to contact room service which was closed when I called. Asked for a bar of soap, received on on my last day of a week long stay. Went down and talked to the concierge about this, he took all of my numbers, room, phone, players club. Said I'd receive a call, never happened. After that I called guest services trying to get a simple bottle of water and after speaking with the gentleman was put on hold and never responded to.
I'm a high lvl Seven Star customer that wasted a ton of time and money earning the status to be treated with the worst customer service possible. Never will stay here again when Caesars has many facilities that will treat customers with respect.
