Read a bunch of reviews on here and on BBB called up to take care of my dept expecting to go into battle and couldn't be further from the truth Mr Thompson was very friendly informative and professional helped me take care of my account and walked me through the steps on how to remove it from my credit report all those 1 star reviews are leaving out the fact that they probably called up being an ***hole from the start you get back what you put out into the universe they are human beings as well treat them like one and you will get the same I am impressed with this company
