I am now a loyal Reis Nichols customer! My wife bought me a Tag Heuer watch at Jared Greenwood. She chose this specific watch because after telling the sales person about my job it was decided that a handsome, rugged watch that did not scratch and was indestructible would be best. After a couple months of wear one of the two little rubber loops that the watch band tucks into broke off, a second month the other. Jared could do nothing but send the entire watch to Switzerland for repair and it took 12 weeks to get back! The loops broke off again and Jared could do nothing but ship it off again for another 12 weeks to fix A LOOP! So I drove immediately to Reis Nichols Greenwood and even though I did not buy the watch from Reis Nichols, the woman walks it back to the repair area where they fit it with a matching thick loop for free! Now it's been 6 months, no issues with the watch! Thank you Reis Nichols!
