I first went with Veterans United, and even though I had great credit of over 700, no bills but a car that had 8k left on it, and a great job. They would only offer 150k, which isn't enough for my family to have a house. There also was no communication for 4months, so My fiance found VA first Mortgage, and we were offerd 300k.
