I had the worst customer service experience of my life at Dick Masheter Ford. I stopped in to get the paperwork for my lease buy-out. I had to speak with three different people, who did not communicate with each other. Each person passed me off to someone else until I eventually got back to the first person I spoke to when I entered the building. I was there for an hour and in that time I was told that I could leave without my paper work and later, my wife and I were yelled at by one of the sales people. Dick Masheter Ford is unprofessional, unorganized and unacceptable.
