This lady Danielle is the rudest person I ever had to deal with.
Very uneducated and talks down to people.
She s supposed to try to get the account paid but it seems as if she doesn t want it paid at all. Lacks in negotiation techniques, all she knows how to do is hang up the phone on you.
She is miserable and has a lot of growing up to do.
