This place is soooooo disrespectful and rude, every time I call to speak with my husband patients and staff hangs up,tells me that he's always sleeping and on top of that they tell that they do not have a patient by his name when I've just gotten off the phone with him or just leaving from visitation. They need a better and more respectable staff. People have loved ones in their care and we will never know how they are doing if rude staff will never allow you to communicate with them. I give this facility "no stars" because it's a disappointment every time I call. I've called and complained to the head person in charge and he's clearly doing NOTHING.....YOU GUYS HAVE NO PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE WHAT SO EVER.
