Pre-op was great! The staff in the surgical waiting room did a great job on updating families, however someone who brought my mother dropped the ball in letting me know my mother was back, until waiting room clerks checked for me -was in a room over an hour before I found out. Also security guard(male) had an attitude and questioned me as I was leaving chic-fil-a like I was bringing in a weapon. Security upstairs(female) told me I didn t have to have an ID sticker.
