In occasions we have had good experiences, and some bad. Unfortunately I believe more bad experiences. I believe for nurses to demand high pay for the extremely poor and unprofessional services they provide is truly not feesable for hospitals and caregivers. Now with the HCAHP I hope that their pay is measured according to patient satisfaction and expectations. The Perhaps that will get the industry able to provide better quality nurses and employees..or lower their pay to a justified value verses their service and knowledge..because the charges to patient keep rising while treatment medically and physically declines. You would think some may have just bought a degree because they are not trustworthy with lives of people. Hospitality is the worst I've seen. Poorist service anywhere.
