So I sat and waited 3 hours for an oil change. They came up to me after waiting 3 hours and told me they just started the oil change. And now I ve waited another hour and a half for the oil to be changed. NEVER IN MY LIFE have i waited for more than an hour to get it changed. Would ve gone to jiffy lube for 1/2 the price of the service and 1/10th of the waiting time. Absolutely horrible experience!!!
