This is by far the most unprofessional agency. The staff has no compassion nor means to communicate with anyone on a humanity level. My account manager was dry, rude and offered no solution. Don t even try to speak with a manager because this is their culture. I reported that her staff should have more enthusiasm when talking to individuals and she basically said have a good day and hung up.
