Forgot to update my review from 5 months ago. My first stay was pleasant enough, but each weekend after that, the quality declined. The rooms got worse and worse, particularly the hot tubs having broken parts. On the night of my final stay, my group and I showed up around 4 or 5pm to check in after a long and exhausting drive, but most of us didn't get our rooms until 9 or 10pm that night due to some sort of cleaning crew turnover and last-minute reservation of some other group, which was absolutely ridiculous. I don't think we got anything for the inconvenience either - no apology, much less a discount or coupon.
The next morning I was woken up early in the morning to some crazy loud banging and scratching noises in the cieling. I called the front desk and complained, thinking it was someone in the room above me, and they sent up security who listened to it and made a couple calls. Turns out maintenance was doing pipe irrigation due to a clogged toilet or something, and for some incourteous reason, decided 5 or 6am was the best time to do such noisy work. Not only did I not get an apology from anyone, but I was told that it would stop soon and to just wait it out... um wow. I guess I was staying in a Motel 6 instead of a posh, expensive Las Vegas hotel. By the time they were done making all their noise, I was too awake to go back to sleep, and had to leave soon anyway. My stay here started out amazing, but ended up being a total failure (with exception to the bar, cafe, and spa, which were great). I hope we stay somewhere with decent staff the next time our group has to visit Vegas. I'd rather stay in a lower class hotel with workers who apologize and fix issues, than an upper class hotel with workers who couldn't care less about you as a guest.

Stupid nice hotel. Upper middle class luxury. Only complaint is the front desk staff needs to hold up their vow of contacting patrons when their room is ready. Was annoying that I had to call them myself when the time they said the room would be ready by rolled around, and it was ready who knows how long before then. Also I don't think they do free breakfast, but they have a restaurant inside the hotel. Bar was excellent with very nice staff.
Edit: Have since tried the Kil@wat restaurant and the Well Spa. Both were excellent with very nice staff, the spa in particular. The prices seem reasonable, and you can use their relaxation area and sauna/shower room anytime during their open hours. The pool also looks fairly impressive, and is right next to the restaurant with poolside service. One of my favorite things about this hotel is the jacuzzi in the room, especially when used with a bath bomb or bubble bath.
