This was our first time buying a house and Matt was there to answer any question. Even if I emailed him late at night or early morning, I got a response within an hour. His entire team was on top of things, regularly providing updates and making sure all parties involved were updated as to what was happening. Matt gave blunt opinions about places we were not sure of, never rushed us and was always there to answer any question. Matt, Mickey and Amy were super quick in scheduling a showing of a place. As we finalized a place and were getting ready for the close, Amy made sure everything is communicated to us in a timely fashion and was very well organized. I highly recommend Matt, he knows the Chicago market in and out!
