Booked appointment today for Saturday 2 to 8. Conf...

Booked appointment today for Saturday 2 to 8. Confirmation phone Saturday morning at 8.20 am asleep and did not answer. I got back 9.03 and left a message saying they couldn't serve me. At 10.30 again. I spoke with Mr Piperides, Mrs Misailidou. Conclusion by rude boss Nikos Papa ... that the roads are closed because of the Technical University (which is not, and definitely not in the Makrigianni area) and my order goes for Monday. Inadmissible. I make a specific appointment and they have to keep it. But what do you want. Delatolas monopoly at IKEA, prepaid service. Service is obviously of little importance.
